The Athlete

A person that I really look up to is Wilmer López, a well-known costarican soccer player. This guy can be described as both commited and respectful. I had no idea this man was part of my family until some years ago.  He's a role person, he've had different issues in his life through out the years; however, neither familiar problems nor professional problems (as player and now coach assistant) have been enough to knock him down. This trait is a factor that every athlete should keep in mind, not only that they have to be aware that as players they are exposed to critics, but also that these critics sometimes can be either useful or useless. The attitude he has is an element that he's been passing on to all his players and kiddos of his soccer school.
